  1. Add & configure Google Analytics plugins
  2. Add & configure Google Sitemaps plugins
  3. Sign up for Google Adsense & install the Adsense plugin & start serving ads
  4. Sign up for feedburner & install feedburner plugin
  5. Sign up & enable www.gravatar.com
  6. Enable sharethis or addthis for all your posts http://www.aviransplace.com/index.php/digg-this-wordpress-plugin/ 
  7. Install AJAX post rating
  8. Any Wordpress Contact Form

 

For stuff that's unclear. Just Google it :) Let's get this all to work.
